Hello,

My name is Emilie XXXX and a few weeks ago I did the big mistake of ordering a bag for 218 dollars, a Louis vuitton Speedy cube 30, from Eluxury-replica.com. Ordernumber 1484. The bag I got 8/1 was not the bag from the pictures. It did not have the same fabric on the inside, the strap with keys was totally busted and there was not even a sholderstrap in the package witch should have been included.
I have tried to contact them, sending about 6 email a day but I get no answer. All I want is for them to send me a new strap with keys and the shoulder strap. I cant afford to loose money on sending it back. Witch the dont only change me for y letting me pay the postal fee, but allso takes 5% of the price.
What can I do?
I dont know if you can help me with this but my hope is nearly gone and Im trying everything I can.
Im from sweden so english aint really my cup of tea but I hope I made myself understood.
