I placed an order through amazingbag.com on 12/06/09 for $308.18. They email me back a couple days later and explained the merchandise went up $100 and they are sold out of the old ones. I explained to them if they can sent me the merchendise at the same quoted price to just sent me the merchandise. They didn’t and I haven’t recieved a credit to my account yet. I just recieved an email through 51paypay today:

Dear Ken,
You have given me hope for justice! I am a victim of Internet Fraud from the ChristianLouboutinSales.com. I have filed with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and the PayPal Dispute Center as well. However, I have inferred that not much action will be taken by either Center.
I contacted ChristianLouboutinSales.com to inquire if their shoes were authentic, and they replied yes. I went ahead and bought two pairs of shoes for $395. When I received the shoes, I knew they were counterfeit. Eventually, the company agreed to give me a complete refund. I shipped the shoes back to China (an additional $44.15 in cost). They refused to acknowledge my emails about their pick-up. The shoes were confirmed as there by the tracking number and by the Supervisor of International Customs. They never picked up the shoes. They had “bought” themselves get-away time because it was probably about 4 months after purchase when they just transferred the shoes back to the U.S. I was lied to about the authenticity of the product, they lied about my full refund, and currently have been not been responding to any of my emails.
It seems the website is now on the Internet List of Counterfeit Sites. It is named under the following caveat:
“The following is a list of over 50 websites known to sell fake, counterfeit, and knock-off Christian Louboutin shoes and handbags. The quality of the replicas is terrible, not to mention they are illegal. BEWARE of these sites and report any similar sites that are not listed by leaving a comment below.”
Please let me know if there is anyway that you can help retrieve my stolen money.
