As soon as I saw that information I emailed he company back and asked them to make a change immediately. I received a response saying it had been taken care of and my gifts would be shipped where I wanted. A couple of days later I received an email saying due to a backlog there was some delay in shipping and they would email me with tracking number as soon as they shipped the items. I waited another two weeks, still nothing. So I emailed them about the gifts as christmas was already near. then they emailed me with tracking number which said it had been delivered, but to the wrong address. I immediately emailed them and was told they would try to get the shoes back and ship them as soon as possible. If they can not ship it within the given date to make for christmas they would cancel my order and refund my money (that was the right thing, they made a mistake, not me). It was a month already and there was no response. I emailed them and got no replies. I had to go to Canada for the Christmas so could not keep up with the follow up.
